By combination TiC with backing of iron or steel in the casting process, the sintered TiC is metallurgically bonded in the back metal closely and reduce the residual stress which occurred in the brazing process The TiC incorporated in provide exceptionally longer life for extreme applications, Due to hardness of TiC can be up to 750 BHN, while the traditional one is only about 400BHN. Then to gain high Resistance and toughness, longer lifecycle, to bring the customer more benefits.
